Looking for your Rota order? Open your order confirmation email and select View your order to see its status.

Check shipment tracking

When tracking information is added to your shipment, you can follow its progress from your order-status page or shipping confirmation email. Carrier updates may take time to appear after a label is created.

Can’t find your confirmation?

Check your spam or junk folder and make sure you’re checking the email address used at checkout.
